This page explains what information Swift Automations collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.

Who we are

Swift Automations is a small business based in Glenview, Illinois. We build websites and set up AI receptionists for local businesses. You can reach us at contact@swiftautomations.io or (224) 529-1553.

What we collect

What you tell us. Your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything else you share when you call, text, email or book a call with us.
Booking details. When you book a call, our scheduling service (Calendly) collects your name, email, phone number and your answers to its questions, and shares them with us.
Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We can see your name, email, billing address and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic website data. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, like IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure.

Calls answered by our AI receptionist

When a business uses our AI receptionist, calls to that business may be answered, recorded and transcribed so the business can follow up with callers. Callers are told at the start of the call that they're speaking with a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded. We handle these recordings and transcripts on behalf of that business and use them only to provide our service to it.

To keep our website and services secure

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run our business, and only so they can provide their service to us. These include Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting), Google Workspace (email) and the phone and AI providers that power our AI receptionist. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet tax and accounting requirements. AI receptionist recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as the business we answer calls for needs them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email contact@swiftautomations.io and we'll take care of it. If you're a client, you can also update your billing details or cancel through your client portal.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
